Computer Wont Turn On!

I turn my computer on, and it wont turn on. the power light is on, but there's no flickering or sounds, and no response.

 

It occured after 1 night, my fan went spinning really fast and loud, and afterwards, the problem occured when I tried to turn on my computer on.

 

I believe my motherboard might have shortcircuited under the heat, but could use some advice and help so i might be able to fix it myself without going to a computer repair store and have them diagnose the problem

sounds kind of like a dead PSU, your probably going to have to either call up your comp makers tech support or try installing your own. I reccomend seasonic PSU's
