Mr_Lee_ 0 Posted October 18, 2005 I use StyleXP - found it easier to work with. Obviously, the best thing to do is google itand see if theres a large database of things. Share this post Link to post
Louis EX 0 Posted October 19, 2005 looks cool but i think it will not work on my com P.S.(Windows Vista is in stores now?) Share this post Link to post
Louis EX 0 Posted October 19, 2005 Yeah...even if it came out it will have lots of bugs to fix Windows Vista looks so cool When we first said vista my friends and i were like "Whoa! Nice" lol Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted October 19, 2005 Retail copies of Windows Vista is a long way off yet. So far away its not even worthing thinking about. Most of the "features" that Microsoft have been promoting about Windows Vista have been featured of the MacOS or Linux for years. Microsoft are simply playing catch up. But I think Windows Visita looks cool anyway. For now though..... Windows XP + WindowBlinds 5 beta + VistaXP theme = Windows Vista (sort of) ... the catch is, the theme is free, WindowBlinds 5 is not free though. Share this post Link to post
Louis EX 0 Posted October 20, 2005 So when you think Vista will come out.... Will it be worth? Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted October 20, 2005 Vista will own.. Why do you ask? Because anything is better than Linux and Unix and all those strange and wacky operating systems? And why is that you ask? Cause everything works on MS OS's.. As opposed to others which require "special" versions. I think it'll be out end of next year? Not entirely sure. Share this post Link to post
Louis EX 0 Posted October 20, 2005 i ask because i may buy a new com...but maybe i should stick with Windows 2000 Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted October 20, 2005 I personally think Vista is only worth getting if you get it pre-installed with a new computer. It will be so overpriced when it finally hits retail. Home or Pro editions of Windows XP still cost a lot and its a 5 year old OS :!: Share this post Link to post
