Change number of fighters a Aircraft Carrier has (RA2)

How can I (or: is it possible to) change the number of fighters (and which fighter to use) you can carry with an Aircraft Carrier?

Don't want my help, fine, then just go away. It's pretty obvious what you need to change and if you can't figure it out, GOD HELP US!

Normally I can find which things to edit if I want some things changed, but this time I just couldn't find it (happens quite often - if you need something, it's always gone)
