RA2 network problems, random maps

Hi, i have a problem with RA2 on network, i have 3 pc's here in a small LAN, all three work on network, but when the host makes a random map, everything just freezes on the other screens, when the host tries to start the game, both joiners get kicked out and the host starts on its own

 

we all have legal serials of ra2, and network with standard maps work just fine

they same version?
