gameplayer 0 Posted March 24, 2006 After I download the newest 1.4 patch for Generals Zero Hour and start to upload it I get a error the says: Generals has caused an error in PATCHW32.DLL Generals will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer. I already tried restarting my computer but it still won't quit. I also tried downloading it again. Share this post Link to post
Guest MadBadger Posted March 25, 2006 ahhh.... 32 the devils number... well microsofts. There is a file called System32 that will anoy most windows users at least once Yours maybe related. Try uninstaling ALL EA games off your PC and make sure ALL files are deleated. now re-install. EA games have a problem with sometimes leaving damaged/corupt files on your hard drive these casue a problem when you next install as the game things it dosnt need to install that file i had this with BF1942 and BFV. (it happened with ZH once but i copied the file from the other pc) Otherwise im affraid you gota do a 'repair' job on windows Share this post Link to post
