Ive been playing this game for a while and i would like to kno a link or info on how to create mods for red alert 2. if someone could give me a link that i could go to so i can donwload the softwere or just tell me how to do it id appreciate it thanks u

Check around Revora and Project Perfect Mod. They have plenty of tutorials on how to create or modify certain aspects like weapons or how to make simple units. I suggest reading stickies present within their modding forums for more information.
