i can't play the demo at all when i try to join a game it shuts down and brings up the USELESS game spy arcade and when i host a game it has the blue screen of death

Yes there was a Renegade Multiplayer Demo released back in Jan of 2002, Westwood even released 2 patches to fix problems with the demo. You could only play on the C&C_Under map but all vehicles, characters and weapons were available. The demo could only be used on GameSpy.

 

As for your problem crazymarine, my guess the Renegade Demo is no longer supported on GameSpy. Search their site for any news about it.

 

A copy of Renegade is dirt cheap these days so hunt around for it or grab the C&C First Decade pack then play on XWIS.
