*8skywalker8* 0 Posted May 8, 2006 Ive recently got CnC: generals for my mac osx (10.3.9). When i play the game and try to save, it produces a message in the top corner that says ERROR. When i try to load up my games that i thought i had saved, there is no sign of any save files what so ever. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be? It also seems to be preventing me from modifiying the game setup. As when i try to change detail level and screen resolution, the settings change back when i leave the options screen. Any help... anyone?? Share this post Link to post

Mother Of All Bombs 0 Posted May 12, 2006 Yeh, I had the saving problem. Its because I tried to save a game without installing the data to the hard drive. I was playing off the CD (yeh i have generals for mac) And the failed saving is probably the same but it also did that for me once when i had about 5000 songs on my computer.
