by now u guys probably all know a C&C general mod called Blitzkrieg 2

 

 

I wana know how they did it, like what software is required to make a mod like that including the software for skinning and stuff like that...

It be best to ask them. They have the no how of what programs like 3dstudiomax that might have been used to create those new units. Hopefuly they have a site up somewhere.
