map installation

Having problems installing new maps...I follow the installation directions and get nothing... Can someone please advise.

Zero Hour maps...can't install...followed directions...unzip folder...put file in C:documents/zero hour data/maps...I get nothing...tried separating files in all combinations...get nothing'''?
