How do i put the units i make into the Maps

I want to use Tibed to put the INi files in the Final alert maps i make its too hard to use the INI system in final alert so i use Tibed but i cant get them to combine tell me how plz

If you only create tibed changed units, then just save the changes to a map. If you literally created shp's or something, you can NOT use tibed.
