[Help] WATER NOT LOADING!

I have posted this same topic at www.CNCDEN.com with no reply, so... I am posting it here.

 

Please, I need your help. I have tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to get water to load with no luck. I have a $10.00 WAL-MART version of C&C Generals. Everything runs smoothly, but water is always black. (With the exeption of water river polygons) I have met one other person with the same problem and consulted him. We are both very clueless.

 

I require your help and would be very happy to see an answer.

ill get this black water i can see when you hover over it the waves but no blue water

 

ive tried reinstalling tried replace the texture files ive even tried getting a water mod nothing works

Video card...? Update the graphics drivers.

The black water bug in Generals was due to unsupported video cards or out dated display drivers.
