New Tech Mod wont install.... o.O

hey peeps.. been tinkering around with mods from this place for awhile now, and so far have liked them all pretty well, but now I'm trying to install the new tech mod for Zero hour, and when I try to install it, it gives me a run time error.. Specifically it says: "Run-time error '75': path/file access error"

I'm running WinXP with the following hardware:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+ (2.4 ghz)

3 gigs Corsair DDR Ram

ATI Radeon A9250 256 meg Vid card

Gigabyte K8 Triton motherboard.

 

I'm using the MoBo's onboard sound so dont have a sound card, and I have no other mods installed in the main Zero hour folder (shell map or otherwise).

If anyone can help me out with this problem iot would be Greatly appreciated.

ummm.... anyone got any ideas?

 

I've tried re-installing ZH, and yes I got the folder in the "my doucuments" folder..
