RA2 freezes when i play it and Generals/ZH won't load ive got the most recent patch here is my pc specs

Probably a video card or video driver related issue. Your summary of specs doesn't give us the info about your video card.

 

Download PC Wizard 2006 from http://www.cncnz.com/files/support/dlfiles.shtml#pcw

 

Install and run PC Wizard, once it finishes collecting your system info go to FILE then Save As... to export a system report. Leave all the options in the Save As... window as they are and then click on OK, enter a filename for the file to be saved EG system.txt and choose a location to save it, usually on your desktop is best.

 

You can then view the system.txt file for much better summary of your specs

how do you run it?

Once you have download PC Wizard install it by clicking on the pcw2006_v169.exe file. When its finished installing you will find a new group in the Start menu, or you can open your Control Panel and click on the System Analyzer icon.
