how can i make it where a certain unit is only buildable by the person who starts a position 1?i really need help wit thise and my othre question

I think you can't do that. You can only limit unit building to countries, not locations.

Map triggers only. You need to have a structure on the map that is transferred to the player at game start, with the new unit having that as one of its prerequisites. Bear in mind that this will ONLY work in YR because RA2 lacks Player@X functionality.
