Sonic 296 Posted October 19, 2006 Remember the original concept art and screen shots for C&C 3 featuring the Zone Troopers? It was always highly debated about how they look, especially since they had no helmets for protection when moving through Tiberium fields. Our community manager, Predator, has confirmed that the Zone Troopers will have helmets, infact you can see the new Zone Trooper in this screen shot. This is what Predator posted in Planet CNC's forums. Well I thought I would let these boards know first since Hex made a fun mockery out of it, lol, but, just wanted you guys to know that we did add protective helmet encasings to the Zone Troopers so they are not exposed to Tiberium as you saw in the concept art way back when we announced. You can kind of tell in this screenshot. Anyways, yea its a minor detail, but I thought i'd let you guys know since I know its something that was highly questioned. -Predator Since they are wearing football pads I guess it makes sense to give them helmets to.
