Please help me, I'm making my first mod and it wont let me use my custem team (a ThirdCountry team). I set multiplay to yes and it still wont work. Also, how do I fix the "Missing:" before my cust. units/buildings names? And how do I get more/make my own cameos? (Sorry if I'm being a pain.)

Sorry to bother again, but I keep searching and, I don't know how to fix this one problem, I've tried everything , but every time I try to test out my new team it says "Player Defeated" as soon as it gets done loading. It plays normal on other teams though.

Try turning off Short Game.

Are you using the Rock Patch?

Yes I'm using RockPatch, and it doesnt matter whether it is set to short game or not.

Is your new country listed on the Owner tag on [PCV]?

No, its listed on my custom MCV (Soviet MCV clone), so it should'nt be a MCV problem. I got it to work but, I can only have either Yuri or Zeal, but not both. It seems that in order to add a new country, I have to disable one, which is a big problem since I wanted to add three more Allied nations and three more Soviet nations along with Zeal, and I can't seem to figure out the exect problem, and when I have it where I can play as Zeal, I get Yuri and Zeal MCVs. Also, some of my buildings, even though Unsellable=No is on, I Just can't sell them (sorry if I'm being a pain, just tell me to and I'll leave you alone).

 

Edit: It seems that the name affects whether the team works or not.

If you have a new MCV, you need an entirely new team, which is possible with the RP. You should have FourthSide=ZealTeam under [sides] in rulesmd. Then you have to add GDI and Nod to the END of the [Countries] list (eg; the last 2 entries are GDI and Nod respectively).

 

If you have Unsellable=no and it doesn't sell, I'm willing to bet you don't have a buildup animation. No buildup, no sell function.
