Correct ports open - can't quickmatch or or custom play

Here's my problem - I play a Buddy of mine ok - however, I create a game and he can't see it - I have to join his game -which works fine.

 

I have not succeded in joining other quickmatches or custom games

 

I have set all the open ports correctly on my Draytek Router:

 

 

1234-1237 UDP

4005,4808,4810,4995,7000-7002,29900 & 29920 TCP

 

no firewall software - no XP firewall

 

My provider is NTL

 

so, now I'm in need of some help.

 

What Am I missing?
