Tiberuim Game loadup problems

I have windows ME and i tried using a mod for tiberum sun but when i get to trying to load a skirmish, when i get to the message (gathering intel on involved factions) my computer stops running. Whats up with that.

It would be likely be a problem with the mod you installed.
