Help with a dedicated server!

Hello!

I come from Germany and thats why my english is not so good but i hope you will understand me.

I have a big problem with c&c zero hour.

If I play c&c with my friends in a multiplayer mission against the computer we can´t end the game couse of an eror in the game.

We think thats because our systems are to weak .

So we want to create a dedicated server but we didn`t find such a programm.

Can somebody help us to build such a dedicted server????
