"Woofna: Recruit"

Every time I play Renegade and switch to third person I see "Recruit" under my name. What does this mean? How do I change it?

I think its due to the Renegade Ladder not working anymore. The idea is your ranking on the ladder would be displayed under your name in game. Since the ladder is out of action everyone is technically un-ranked so everyone is displayed as Recruit.

 

It only changes for players who won the MVP in the previous game.
