RedAlert 2 Audio but no picture .. jus a black screen

ive installed red alert 2 on xp and that was fine when i start game i jus get the audio and no picture .... when the game menu comes my white mouse cursor is on my black screen and i can click on things in menu but cant see the menu.... id appreciate help :!:

try uninstalling it reinstall it then run it in compatibility mode
