GameSpy Preview Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

Recommended Posts

GameSpy have come up with a new 3 page preview of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. It covers everything about the game with strong focus on the new Battlecast feature. Here is a sample.

The most fun part of the single-player missions I've gone through so far is that they almost exactly mimic the structure of the classic C&C games. There are two campaigns, one each for GDI and Nod. I've been alternating between them, finishing up one chapter before switching to the other side. This seems to be the best way to proceed through the story because the events of one campaign will often be referenced in the other. Act I of the Nod campaign, for example, has the player striking a psychological blow against GDI by capturing the White House and covering it with Nod banners. The GDI campaign features a mission in which the player is tasked with taking it back from an entrenched Nod force.

And what's a new preview without the addition of new screen shots? Check out 9 new screen shots, it's worthing noting that some of these screen shots show the Telestrator in action.

In a few days these will be moving pictures with big explosions, lights and sounds..... Anyway, click here for more of the preview from GameSpy.
