Windows XP look

hey do I have to get a new version of Win XP to get the new taskbar look and stuff or can I download it from somewhere (cause that old taskbar totally pwns the old one)?

The old taskbar totally pwns the old one... Yaaaaaaaaaaaah.

 

Its seperate. They're called themes. They're other places and stuff to get but some of it is a hassle. I just use Royale. Makes it look like Media Center.
