I go to official cnc site, click battle cast it says live so i join a match and I see everything from start why is this? and i cant draw its not there helpski please

You don't draw unless you're a commentator by joining the game itself.

 

The battle cast is delayed, so it will start at the very beginning unless it is a live match.

how would i be able to join the ones that say live at the homepage when your scroll down because it wont let me orso.

 

and some one did see me play live today and talked to us so thats wierd for 10 min delay
