I think one of the admins posted news about this on the frontpage a while ago. I think it said EA is making a worldbuilder but they need time to complete it...?

The C&C 3 Worldbuilder is coming, it should be out this month. I guess with all the current problems affect online play its taking a bit longer to release.

 

Hang in there, Worldbuilder is coming. And just as we did for Generals/Zero Hour, CNCNZ.com will be hosting a collection of fan submitted maps.
