C&C 3 Stats & Rank Level Update

C&C3 Producer, Amer Ajami, posted the following announcement on the Official C&C 3 Forums regarding the stats tracking and that rank levels have been fixed for multiplayer games.

 

Hey everyone,

 

Your rank levels should all be back to normal. Please check and verify but we are fairly certain this should be resolved for everyone. Apologies for that slight inconvenience. See below for the stats update if you have not read yet.

 

So, if you haven't noticed, we successfully rescued APOC and the fate of Predator...is, well, you will have to listen to the podcast to find out. All we can say is that he showed great honor and courage. APOC will be back this week to keep the tempo and beats on the forums going as usual, so for now, here is your official update on the stats scenario.

 

As I have mentioned in other threads, we fully recognize and acknowledge that there is an issue with stats not getting updated. Right now we are seeing a 2-3 day delay on stats processing to your profile and the website. There is a server and processor issue that we are working extremely hard on to fix. We are already making improvements and are on track to fully resolve the issue so that your stats are updated consistently and efficiently with little delay. Certainly, this current issue is not ideal, but I can assure you it has been our top priority to fix.

 

All of your stats should still be there, but again, the main problem is there is a significant delay on when they get updated. We will absolutely have this fixed, please do not think anything otherwise.

 

I'd also like to mention that we have not started any contests or ladder seasons/tournaments because of this issue and will not do so until this is resolved completely. So, to a certain degree, you are not missing out on anything from a stats perspective aside from personal pride, but believe me, we fully understand how important that is.

 

I simply wanted to update you, acknowledge and explain the issue, and let you know once again that we will get this fixed, your stats are still there, there is a just a bottle-necking issue preventing them from updating quickly. It is getting fixed and I will keep you informed on the progress.

I guess the stats and rankings mean something to some people out there. Not to me. Just meaningless numbers. The only real issues is make sure the game actually works online with out to many problems.

Its always funny when people see me in the beginning of a new game.

You're right. I see that all the time, with myself and other players playing a new game. It's actually pretty funny. :lol:

I generally ignore those stats and just look at the rank icon. It usually a good indicator, or it just proves they're played a hell of a lot of games. Either way there is some kind of experience there.

 

My stats are still screwy.
