I'll take a stab and simply guess that its been scrapped. When that news first appeared the book was probably in its concept stage.

That would have been cool and provided more insight on the storyline. But wouldn't they have to start from RA1 and go into future RA games and give away their plots? :crazy:

They can explain C&C 3's storyline more in depth and with more information that would of took too long in the FMVs.
