help making an online account

I didnt have a copy of red alert 2, but when I did I played online, for about half a year and now. I cant make an online account I've tried everything my firewall is letting red alert through and I tried every thing on this thread:

But when I try to log on to make the account without clicking "create account". It wont let me log in its still black. Can anybody help me if you can thanks in advance.

Just go online, hit the login page, pick a user name and password and go for it. If it takes, you'll be online. If it fails, you'll get a password incorrect error. If that happens, try another name.
