C&C 3 for PS3 and Wii?

This news is already a few days old but I'm playing catch up here. Reports have been circulating at Nintendo Wii Fanboy and Computer and Videogames.com about Command & Conquer 3 making it's way on to the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii. C&C 3 Senior Producer Mike Glosecki had some comments regarding this news.....

 

"We haven't officially confirmed anything, but I don't see why it's not feasible," Senior Producer Mike Glosecki said of a PS3 version, in an interview with Gameplayer. "The controls are practically the same."

 

Although trickier, a Wii version with motion controls obviously brings up a lot more exciting possibilities for the RTS legend - and it looks like EA is pondering as well. "There isn't as much under the hood," says Glosecki, "so it obviously won't look as good. But as far as control goes, I don't see why it can't be done."

I've tried the C&C 3 demo on Xbox 360 and I must say that the controls, while improved, still feel cumbersome so this is what would transfer the Playstation 3. A Wii version sounds interesting though. Either way the PC is best platform for RTS games.
