Well the announcement got delayed by a few extra days but it has now been revealed as Asylum: A Total Conversion for C&C3 Tiberium Wars. This mod is from the same talented team behind the now dead Halogen mod. Their new site is online now, and features some new media like screen shots and concept art, check the two previews below.....
