MnJ 0 Posted November 9, 2007 Hello.I have a question and I'm not sure if I should post it exactly here but anyway I didn't find any other suitable section. So my problem is quite simple I think but I can't seem to find a solution.I have a japanese 3G CDMA phone and when I'm making short video clips with it, it's making them in 3g2 format. The only way to run them on my pc is with quicktime and ONLY quicktime.I've tried to install quicktime alternative codecs and stuff but nothing worked...when I try to run them with these kind of codecs and media player classic they're only 3 seconds in length. So now about the problem :} I want to convert these clips in other format so I can watch them normally anywhere .avi or .wmv or a normal video format like that will be good.I found some software that can do that but when I put the 3g2 file in it it's showing that it's only 3 seconds long..I don't know what to do at all and I've searched a lot but with no luck.I will be very grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction or at least give me some useful hints. Thanks in advance. Sonic 296 Posted November 10, 2007 You probably need something like Total Video Converter, available at http://www.effectmatrix.com/total-video-converter/. And if you have problems getting them to play correctly try VLC Media Player, it handles many video formats. Download from http://www.videolan.org. Share this post Link to post

MnJ 0 Posted November 12, 2007 Teh_Overcow That program is awesome man..it's really great and it transform it.But the main problem is still there. When it loads the file it's only 3 seconds in length and when it transforms it into avi or whatever it's still 3 seconds..I don't know why..even though the video is more than 4 minutes.Where can be the problem ? Do you have any idea...what am I doing wrong? Share this post Link to post
