At the top of this page (if you area registered member), click profile.

 

When your profile page is displayed, scroll down to the bottom and you will see the Avatar Control Panel.

 

The Avatar is the image you are referring to.

 

Either select one that is on the system or upload your own. If you do choose to upload your own, make sure that it conforms to the Avatar requirements (ie: max size 80 pixels x 80 pixels).
