Command & Conquer 4 Beta - Important Reminders

I just wanted to posted a couple reminders regarding the Command & Conquer 4 Closed Beta Test that is currently taking place. The first issue is people are asking for information about the game based on the beta. We have had people posting requests such as this on our forums over the past few days. No beta tester can give you this information because the beta is a closed beta. There is to be absolutely no details, videos or screen shots posted anywhere online. Any beta tester caught revealing anything about the beta version of the game is in direct violation of the beta NDA. When the all clear is given, you can expect a flood of Command & Conquer 4 information to become available.

 

The second issue is people have been asking me if I can grant them access to the beta. Does CNCNZ.com have anyway to do this? The answer is no. We do not posses any beta keys or any other means of getting people into the beta. CNCNZ.com has received no opportunity to acquire any beta keys. If we did have any keys on offer we would have already mentioned that by now. So hopefully this will slow down the flow e-mails and private messages into my inbox.

The strangest thing is when I got qualified for the CNC4 Beta, it didn't give me any serial number or code to download and install the CNC4 beta, because the beta itself didn't need one as mentioned in the official CNC site. Because I was one of the top ten winners in the Name that CNC4 Game contest, I was qualified for the beta.

 

Also the ideas of keeping the CNC4 beta info a secret is unlike the release and information of the RA3 beta, otherwise the new spoilers will go on.

The email we got is the instructions of where to download, so there's no code provided. Because our email addresses will be registered in and we'll use the same address to test the beta as well. Nothing else.

yeah we cant talk about it or post shots etc, but i think it will be allowed to say its promising ;-)
