man just go to the doc. of your windows and you will see Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data open it , there's a file (options.ini) open it with notepad You will see Resolution delete the number near it , it's look like xxxx X xxxx The small x is the resolution delete it and write which resolution you want it and save the file , enter the game and you will see the resolution which you want it

Yes , Iam playing C&C Zero hour on my windows 10 , You will just need the options.ini file and put it in your generals data file which located in the doc. file
