It's funny what Google drags up! Turns out it was Samsung's Game Launcher that was set to Normal Performance which was limiting the power. I changed it to High Performance and it works perfectly, thanks!

I've managed to get this working on my Note 8 but the sound bug is really annoying. Firstly all noises were the same volume, then the dsound dll files made them sound all choppy as you mentioned it would. Unfortunately I don't have a computer decent enough to get the sounds extracted without having to wait an age for the stages to complete. Is there another fix available?
