That may be true in the general public, but it is my experience (pushing 2 years) that those who tend to stay on these forums (without getting banned repeatedly) tend to (for hte most part) have a pretty good idea of how to think.

However I think we must all realise that while the forums are great for meeting people and discussing things (how many of you Brits or Americans know someone from NZ outside of a forum, eh?) they are a very limited medium. Which is why we should try to be a bit less condescending and bit more open minded. Not radically open minded, IE "well he said it, so it must be true from a certain point of view", but more of a "hmmm (steps into other persons shoes) well he's got a point, lets try to put the two together" or something along those lines. Sure I know there will be disagreements, and arguments, and name calling, and all of that. But guess what, we're human, and we all have tempers to loose, Egos to feed and defend, and mistakes to make. So live with it.

In fact, Alpha, the US is the least likely to be nuking anyone anytime soon. Keeping in mind that the common phrase "nuking" refers to city busters, and not tactical nukes, such as bunker busters and nuclear artillery. Those are what the US is most likely to use, especialyl against Iran. We have nothing against the Iranian people (in general) Its the fanatical Islamic dictatorship that runs the country that we have a problem with. So a city buster (what you and a gajillion others are soo afraid of) would solve very little and in fact make the situation worse, especially if Iran had them as well.
