The funny thing about the situation is that everyone was trying to get to that one location to see what the ruckus was about. All the roads started to fill and i couldnt go back for my camera, so yeah I had to use the cellphone. Maybe the General is thinking tactically, knowing that NOD has NUKES!!! One hit of the big red button and goodbye blue zone. But the explosion made by the cannon on the trailer made too much of an impact, looked like a meteor had hit the earth. Hey Sonic, will you be using the trailer to update the C&C data on CNCNZ (units, structures, etc)? There is a lot of cool stuff on this trailer. As for the spirals scene, they kinda reminded me of The Matrix, the huge towers that had all the humans locked up. Could be the Scrin Hilton Hotel for all I know.

Well im not to worried because im a master at ripping stealth generators of stealth tanks and slapping them on my soon to be Avatars. Besides im a Mammoth/Juggernaut fan too. 8)

Today's story: For starters, THIS IS ONE HELLUVA TRAILER and believe that EA deserves both a pat of the back for their work and 100% of the fans support for C&C3 (that means the negative fans should shut-up). In today's world news: GDI's Giant White Orbital Telescope..oops, Philedelphia has been shot down. The cool sights was filmed by an amature. GDI's Response: "Everything is under control" Kane's response: "My Bad" In other news: The Temple of Nod has been revealed and I love it. Kane has offered new tours through his temple. He says: "you just have to play the last two levels in Renegade over and over again". In today's reality check report: I dont believe that the beam of light that impacted Earth was the Ion Cannon, despite that the GDI chick-Commander told the General that the Ion Cannon was indeed activated without warning. The blast went too high above Earth's atmosphere and would be felt all around the world. Could be an upcoming campaign video, say the mothership giving off the final blow. Just speculation on my part but the graphics EA put into this deeply earns my respect. Meanwhile in the forums: King claims that the mothership is a bit small for an entire invasion force: I believe that is true in what you say. The Mothership is indeed too small. But I have a theory: The mothership is a big troop transport and deploys all of its pods all across Earth. Kinda like Independence Day, only releasing Pods and mini-motherships. So in the meantime: the fans of C&C3 courageously wait despite loyal GDI fans rioting demanding their Mammys because they miss their mommies. But for now everyone waits for that lucky March date! I have always wanted to know this, but does Predator just send out e-mails to the community website Admins? I just felt second best learning about the trailer from CNCden.

Looks like Gamestop has had an interview with Joe Kucan (Kane). http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/comman...=gumballs;img;0 Also, I was checking out CNCDen and found out that Predator sent out an e-mail stating that a trailer is due out soon. Yahoo will be posting the THEATRICAL (yes) trailer during the weekend and is said to including clips of THE LIVE ACTION scenes of the game. From the looks of it EA Predator seems pretty excited about this one. The HD trailer will be available on the C&C3 website on Monday.

UPDATE: I have been goofin around and created a another wallpaper. There are others, plus I worked on the NOD wallpaper, but I have submitted them to EA's Wallpaper Contest and I am going to wait for the winners to be announced before I post them here. OLD: Created two of them, but thought the Nod guy wuz the better choice. What do you think?

At first the idea of a Scrin Mothership was kind of dull, due to the fact its a mothership and it would be big as in big i cant even see the battlefield, have defenses, and be a major pain in the a**. The way they designed it on the game makes it not look like a mothership at all, but as long as it excites the gameplay as promised, I wont quarrel with it. And also from what i have been seeing from previews and screenies, the Scrin is gonna slaughter GDI, no doubt, unless they get Orca and Juggernauts quick. Nod: they got the power. Do you think that players can capture Annihilator Tripods, since they are classified as a mech? AND WTF!!! :shock: THE FIRST SCREENIE AND AT THE BOTTOM. IS THAT AN ALIEN TELSA COIL ZAPPING THAT SCORPION?!? :shock: ...its cool. 8)

Looks like Lion has caught wind of a url from GameReplays.com and found EA urls for both GDI and Nod. Looks as though they are database sites that will be open January 30th. UPDATE: This podcast interview is with Jason Bender and Amir Ajami and is basically about Scrin tactics (spaceships, abilities, and comparisons to GDI and Nod), RTS as a sport using C&C3 (spectaters, type of games, clans), map-makers for C&C3 (easier to use compared to Generals/ZH) and are calling the MOD-S2K ( :roll: ), the game campaign (missions and how 2 lessons for noobs (no offense)), and the creative abilites of the game. FINALLY! YES the cyborgs are coming back! If its from EA Predator, its official as far as I know. You just cant erase the cyborg element from the C&C Tiberium Universe and this proves it. I just hope they do have a tech structure to give players an edge to counter mutants! 8)

At least EA now recognizes the aliens as the Scrin. We have had this forum topic for eons now talking about the Scrin, what they can do, and what theyre freakin name was going to be. Wow we have come along way, and there is still more to come. So I say lets keep this thing going, so lets answer and debate these questions: * Can that mothership (check out the CNCNZ concepts for C&C3) hold the entire invasion force? * Why cant the ion cannon blow it out of the sky? * Do the scrin invade a certain place and call it home? * What can the other units do? Like the Assimilator or the Corrupter? * How do the Scrin re-seed Tiberium?

The sites supporting the download for the demo are going to experiance some major overloads with all the people wanting that demo.

Well im just glad that they are finally releasing the Scrin name. All this Alien Third Side name calling just got me irritated. Now i just cant wait for the game. Like the concepts for the Scrin too, but something does confuse me. Does the entire Scrin invasion force come within the mothership? Because it doesnt look that big from the concept.
