Everyone is misusing the word strategy. A strategy is an overall plan; a guide for what you should do. You make it before the game after you've chose your side. What you do in game is a tactic, a means to accomplish your overall goal. Now carry on.

You need a better economy. Go for power, ref, barracks, war factory, 2 miners, war fac, ref and then start crankin out tanks.

There is no one best mod for YR/RA2. Each appeal to a different class of player. Sadly, most players want a ghey super unit that attacks everything and kills everything 2 shots. Anyway, you have several classes of mods: multiplayer add-on, singleplayer add-on, mini-expansion, half conversion and total conversion.

The Chrono Miner is hardcoded to phase back without any delays. It has nothing to do with its properties. As a side note, the AI will not deploy chrono/hover MCVs.

The interest in Area 51 began with the Roswell Incident in 1947 where citizens claimed a flying suacer crashed near there and was taken to a base near Roswell, New Mexico. There isn't a bad unit in any game. They're all useful in different scenarios but the least used would be the Chaos Drone in YR.

I wish it were that easy. Enabling a fourth side is far more difficult than it should be. Do this in Tiberian Sun; it's fifty times easier.

You can download but not use. It ought to work with any version though.

You can add a new side but it's hard. You have to do a lot of manual editing to force the proper prerequisites. Then you have to stop the game from crashing when you pick the new side and then the AI becomes a huge challenge.
