Find the [Tiberiums] section in the rules.ini file. Find [Vinifera] or whatever and change the Value= tag. That simple.

Oil Derricks have unlimited money already. I assume you want to make them generate credits faster or more at a time. Change this ProduceCashDelay=100 to ProduceCashDelay=50 for faster gathering. Change ProduceCashAmout=20 to ProduceCashAmount=200 for more money per animation. Change AllyParaDropInf=E1/AmerParaDropInf=GHOST to AllyParaDropInf=GHOST/AmerParaDropInf=GHOST.

I need a small, Yuri structure. It should be like an Industrial Plant of sorts, kind of like a Machine Shop if you will. Should be small and diminuitive. Similar in design to the Tech Machine Shop but smaller with more Yuri-ish features like color and archtectural design. Make it and I'll set you up with a private beta of YR 1.002.

There are several ways to do this: The first being the easiest and most reliable. It involves warhead toggling. You set the warheads on each weapon to attack different armor types. As such: [Warhead1] Verses=0%,0%,0%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,0%,0% This warhead will not even attempt firing at infantry, Terror Drones or spawned missiles. Now set the second warhead to attack infantry, drones and missiles if you desire. The next method is projectile toggling. You can set them to fire at different unit types like ground, naval and air. [Proj1] AA=yes AN=yes AG=no That will not fire at land-based targets, only air and naval. Set the second projectile to fire upon land-faring targets. The last method is more stable but harder to remember. You have to use the LandTargetting and NavalTargetting tags in the unit code. You'll have to read up on it since I don't use it very often and I can't explain it right now.

If Generals is anything like RA2, there should be a file that controls the missions. I don't know what the file is so find someone who does or break out TibEd2.

Copy and paste the Sniper rules and change the weapon to your new one. I do understand. The warhead must have the new animation you made to mutate the infantry. You can use InfDeath=9 to create Brutes. If you add to the AnimToInfantry list, the new ones will not be under your control. They will be 'Civilian' and will attack you.

No. I had this problem before. Move the physical location of the EXE file. Move it into a blank folder.

Get the XCC DLL Pack. See if that helps. Also, try changing the EXE directory.

Whenever you sell an object, this is the price used for refunds. No, the game will crash. You need Agent=yes, Engineer=yes, Thief=yes, VehicleThief=yes, Occupier=no and C4=no. Increase the SizeLimit. Immune=yes No. It will always be erased. Set the Damage to 1 for the maximum length of time. Also, to squeeze out a little more time, make the warhead percantages 2% for all things you wish to shut down. Not in RA2. This is residual from Red Alert and it works in Tiberian Sun. The Spy logic was changed for Red Alert 2.

No, DebrisTypes works for vehicles. CRYSTAL1, CRYSTAL2, CRYSTAL3 and CRYSTAL4 need valid art entried else it WON'T work.

Technically, you CAN have variations. You need a new animation. [ANIM01] Image=ANIM01 Normalized=yes MakeInfantry=1 Normally, MakeInfantry is set to 0. Now you have to edit AnimToInfantry in rulesmd to add your infantry. You can have as many as you'd like. Only one problem, the new infantry will not be on your side.

Actually, you can't. You can CLONE a building but not add an entirely new one.
