3ds2Voxel. Run the script and it'll convert 3ds files to voxel and all you have to do is touch it up if you need to. -
Make your parabomb weapon by messing with the paradrop superweapons. Refer to DeeZire's tutorial for this. Make your parabomb weapon and give the suicide weapon radiation properties. Also, stop using TibEd. It's not worth it.

Yes, you can. ArgCmdr is doing a new GUI for YR Argentina, Hunt7s is doing a new one for RotC and Alucard is making one for Esoteric Tenebrosity..... It can be done but I forgot where you find the graphics.

If you have the latest Voxel Section Editor, you can easily change color schemes. Just a few clicks and the whole unit is recolored.

No, they do not promote inside a Battle Fortress. You might've had units elsewhere doing some fighting and they were promoted. Garrisoned units will promote however. You might be confusing that with OpenTopped logic.

Um, probably not. Just use the header information on the body. You can adjust a lot of values from there.

Rename it so it matches your file names. A word of advice, keep graphic names short and simple. Abbreviate them as well to make it faster to make entries. Extracting and editing voxels: Yes, this is very possible. You need two tools in order to proceed however. You will need the XCC Mixer and the Voxel Section Editor. Just use Google to find both tools and you'll be on your way. Launch the XCC Mixer and navigate to the voxels mix file. RA2 -> ra2.mix -> local.mix YR -> ra2md.mix -> localmd.mix Select the voxel you want and right click. Choose extract and move on. Then just install the Voxel Editor and edit away. I'm not super great with the Voxel Editor yet. It's very similar to most image editing software. Pretty much the same tools and stuff. -
Sounded good to me. Anyway, a few things he missed. The file is glslmd.shp and it has a matching palette. The resolution must 256 colors with the applied palette else the image will look like crap. Just make it an SHP file and put it right in your directory. Launch YR and marvel at your wonderful work. These cannot be in MIX files. They won't work unfortunately.

No, OpenTopped does not work on structures. The OpenTopped logic allows infantry to fire out of vehicles with their current weapon. It enhances those weapons a little bit and gives them a little extra kick. Unlike a garrison, units will not promote inside a Battle Fortress.
