Also possible...just like mine Psychic Beacon...Make some building with weapon with invisible warhead that can capture units on any range.Set big number of links and also big ROF.You will get a structure that capture units anywhere but with low speed...Ofcourse you are right SSTG,i mean...I am not coder and propaganda codes does not exist in this game.But you can make something that is close enough to be called Propaganda weapon... Or,make this.Set a super weapon like SSTG said but with very big capture radius,use psychic dominator code,and change a killing percent warhead to non killing,change animation (psychic cloud to for example to some colour)...(for that just use shp builder and select big screen and use only one frame with some colour for using animation).What you will get?A psychic dominator that flash the whole screen for one second and capture some percent of units anywhere on map,the rest of units are not killed... i mean...it is complicated and it is not complicated.The code for propaganda does not exist, unless you are a coder, use and MODE some existing codes and stuff...That is why this is Mod Making.Not Game Making! -

Figured out. For those who not know how...This program does not have that option (copy)...so...you will need a keyboard with button (copy),open that program,open some voxel,click copy button and than paste it in paint. Manipulate with that picture in paint, much better than in voxel section editor. After that copy changed picture from paint back in voxel section editor. With this, you can fast change voxels,you can paint and draw new things very easy and very very fast without any mistakes. I have change Kirov, some tanks, and sentry gun in 2-3 hours...hehe... Keep in mind,be creative! -

Yes,it is...Just use code for psychic dominator,change the section about killed infatry percent (i mean, chage warhead to non killing warhead,or killing with power=0), than change the animation for captured infantry`s (i mean a little circle mind up on their head,change that to nothing)... Now...you have a psychic dominator (with changed name, and change the look), that capture infantry`s without any mark on their head,and he is not gonna kill the rest of non captured units. Sorry on English, but yes,it is possible,just be creative! -

Thank you very much! I`ve maded a big progress by now, many things visualy changed. Some new super and cool units, most prouded i am on my CELESTO. He is a android of Allied army, twice time bigger than GI, has lasers and destroy everything, great armor. But he loose his power after destroying several units or structures and then he can only blow himself into air... All bugs from updated mode are removed...You`ll see soon, it will be a hit...hehe..hope so. I even plain to build a site special for this mode, and storyline for intro. -

How can i copy some part of voxel picture that is currently displayed to the same picture....you know just like in any other paint program,select part than copy and paste...I can`t nowhere find that options...Help please! -

I know what you mean, but the problem is different, when i save and reopen in voxel editor there are new colours, not that i have selected.. -
I create a new voxel or just edit some and change colours, and in game the colours are different than selected,very different an they changin while moving or something, i don`t know...Why?

I have done it in this way. Go in game, select some soviet country, or later allieds, build all buildings than press on your keyboard "prtscr" button, in some new keyboards that button does not work, don`t know why. Then go to paint program or some other and paste that picture, now if you are skilled cut from others buildings some parts and create in that program visualy your building. Open shp builder, select to create building for ra2 and paste your building from paint. Save your work. Possible errors, blue colour could be intensive, press in shp builder "replace colour" button and in first area select that blue colour and in second select for example black colour, press ok. With the file, you need to copy in every place wheater control device and then replace name with your own, in buildings list you need to add your building only with UIName, in artmd.ini file also copy files from device and replace with yours, for cameo and image select your images, open ra2md.cfs file with xcc mixer, select launch string table editor, yuri revenge. Go to name section and select insert, putt UIName and content "soviet wheater control device" or some other yours. In aimd.ini file also copy wherever that building is mentioned and replace it with your name, that is poant, to copy that in every file and replace with your names. -
First, thank SS for your patience and help! I am presenting a update of my mod with big progress from last edition. I realized that moding realy took my free time away and my coledge has begun so i will not moding some time now. In future i will finalize my mod and i will try to repair errors. SHP builder help

Sorry, sorry, yes, yes, that is a problem. I select to build animation for RA2 and shp set anim.pal palette and i make great animation. But then after saving and reopening the palette is different and my animation looks like ****...Why? -
I can`t make animation with the palette that i wont to use. For example, i make animation with 20 frames with desert.pal and save my animation. When play game my animation is with different colours, i open my animation with SHP and realy, the animation is now with different palette. I have tryed to replace colours but the problem is the same every time...Wtf??

yes...soon it will be a update. I have learned how to make new buildings, weapons, cameos and stuff...but i have a little problem with SHP builder, and i don`t have much time since colledge has begone and i am working alone with no expirience at all... -

In game options menu "A" is toggle alliance button...What does it mean? Can i make alliance when already playing skirmish?
