I laughed at that 2nd video more than I should of.... However it needs more German Techno music!!! Still arguably the best scene from C&C ever created that one.

You can't complain about CNCNZ's tamed terrorist. Some say he has a birthmark the shape of Shodirkadirka, and that he sometimes he'll escape through an underground tunnel using the power of his mind. Some say he had a knife fight with chuck Norris, and won, and that his favourite personal Camel holds the land speed record. Some say his sneeze is as lethal as Anthrax, and that if he married Mena, he would impregnate all her friends, including those who are male all at the same time. Some say he was bombed for weapons of mass destruction, simply for using the toilet, and that his favourite movie is Barney the Dinosaur. All we know is, that he's called Masked Shah!

A little lame perhaps but it is the Chinese word for "Dragon"... it's in simplified Chinese as opposed to Traditional. The whole tattoo encapsulates my personality of my past and even the present. Dragon's are naturally rather fierce fiery creatures that don't take much to anger.... the clouds in a sense are metaphorical to my depression during the years of 1999-2006 and are black in colour to represent a Papa Roach song (Black Clouds) which outlines such a theme. They're also shaped in a firey style (hence the red outline) to suggest how such anger affects the world around me. The Cherry Blossom is actually used for female only tattoos, however it's there for a reason, and in China it is a symbol of feminine power and love (not to be confused with the Japanese meaning of the brevity of life). So really that's a symbolic gesture of my strong headed wife being with me and taming the dragon during my times of hardship. Her strong presence of feminine power and love has always remained through some difficult times. You see I don't just get tattoos for the sake of it, I have this one and my Papa Roach tattoo, and they are on me for a reason which has a significance. As such, this tattoo is unique and I can guarantee that no one on the planet has one like this, because I research and design my own stuff. Next I'm taking steps to get most of my right arm done. Then a whole back piece... should hopefully have it all complete by the time I'm 30

The more new Zealanders the better I say. Which reminds me, according to the Mrs, she could apply to get a job in Auckland NZ if she wanted. Not a bad idea given that her company would pay for the move too. Although if that did happen, I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to drive a couple of hours south so I could buy Sonic a beer! Anyway, welcome to the forums dub!

Let me just say that my "man in a wig" comment was intended as more tongue-in-cheek humour than anything else. In some ways it's deliberate sarcasm, in another way, I really do think she looks like a man in a wig! But to me, I couldn't care less who plays Tanya, so long as Jenny McCarthy can act the role well and do the character justice then I'm happy. The same goes for all the actors and actresses. Sure the movies and acting can (and will) be cheesy..... But, so long as it's good quality cheese, then I won't go nuts over the issue.

Fixed! I'm too busy playing Red Alert 2 right now to be playing the Beta... I'm running through all the campaigns, then onto Yuri's revenge before RA3 comes out. It's been a while, might as well get into the Red Alert mood now.

Red Alert 2.. And, believe it or not, I can cope with the game speed now!

5 years in the making, I finally got it finished! Dragon and the Sun was done back in 2003... Everything around it was done on 16th August. This pic was taken about 2 hours after I had it done. It actually all looks like one image now it's healed.

Time To Play The Game..... Again!
Saracen replied to Sonic's topic in Site / Forum News & Discussion
A return of an old classic slogan needs the correct video from a somewhat recent perspective. The slogan was inspired by this and well, for those who do watch WWE, this video is rather fitting of it's return! CNCNZ.com the King of Kings... There is only one! -
Saracen, the Co-webmaster for CNCNZ.com, wants to reassure Red Alert 3 fans that Jenny McCarthy is one "Man" Tanya. Some fans are concerned she won't be as feminine as Kari Wuhrer was in Red Alert 2. My god it's a man in a blonde wig!!! Sonic says that "People shouldn't be so quick to judge Jenny McCarthy when they have seen about 3 seconds of moving footage and a few pictures of her as Tanya."... But Saracen is isn't shifting, he says, "To me, the above picture does look like a man in a blonde wig!" My ISP troubles are fixed! I'm Back!

RA3 - Chris Corry at the Games Convention 2008
Saracen replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
An allied female co-commander!? Well, the allies have already lost then. She'll be looking at the map, and will want it upside down and back to front to try and work out a road to the enemy. No doubt before long she'll be such a dippy cow, that she'll end up attacking Washington. No wonder she's dangerous! Anyway, is it me or is this year's Leipzig convention a lot more low key than it has been in the past? -
Not worried about a few wallpapers, vids and maps. Maps will be out sooner or later anyway. Yes I know Red Alert 2 is there, but I already have 4 copies of that, I don't really want a 5th

I pre-ordered mine back when the GAME.co.uk news was revealed.

You underestimate the sheer power of the Unreal Engine 3 Luk3us. EA have no less than 5 titles in development on this engine alone! It's an Engine that requires some respect on the programming front. Rush the development, and it'll run like a pig, be extremely buggy and end up biting the end consumer where it hurts on all but the highest systems (ie. Frontlines: Fuel of War). Get it just right however, and it can give the most beautiful, free flowing, game with the sharpest controls of any FPS ever developed (ie. Unreal Tournament 3). I have both the above games which use the Unreal technology, and the difference between the 1st and 3rd party titles is astonishing! Naturally therefore, this game will take more time, but the end result will be extremely impressive. I've had a play with the level editor myself yesterday and it makes virtually every level editor ever created look crap. The sheer scope and versatility of that app alone is pretty friggin' amazing, it's a modders paradise! It's easy to see why the Renegade X team went with this engine, it is literally the best thing out there. No wonder really when you consider that within the next 3 years we will see no less than 30 titles ranging from FPS, to MMO's to racing games using this technology. All the main developers and publishers including Microsoft, THQ, Capcom, Sega, Sony, Gearbox, Rockstar, Square Enix, and Atari have all acquired the licenses to this engine for good reasons. After all, if you have the world's most powerful games engine at your disposal, you're going to want to make the world's best games with it to do the engine justice. That's why it's taking time.

zOMG! It has a story! And, and, it appears to have decent acting!!!! *faints*

Eithiopian Just won 10,000m = Gold Therefore Kenyans = fail

Effectively it is a Beta Client re-release. Many graphical glitches have been fixed, a lot of the animations have been tweaked, got the new maps as Luk3us said. Along with some engine tweaks, 100's of balances etc... the list goes on an on. Whatever you can think of (and even those you can't) it's likely to have had a change to it in some form or another. As a result of this patch though, I have to say, the game does feel a lot more polished. Only those who have been paying attention will notice the tweaks though.

I found Unreal Tiurnament 3 for a reasonable price!! Playing that now... But god damn it, bring on Renegade X!!!!

Well in Gymnastics, the Chinese have dominated winning golds in every area possible. In this sport at least, there's a clear cut winner, because they are actually better than anyone else. Table tennis and badminton are 2 other sports they are dominating in, the former being their national sport, so they're guarenteed golds. Other events they've actually destroyed other nations in are, Rowing and diving. Diving is rigged, because the Americans are clearly better. The American's are dominating in swimming. With Phelps breaking god knows how many world records, taking 6 golds (last time I check out of the 8 he's doing), and he can probably swim with his arms tied, the guy is just fast. Other events the states are expected to dominate in are the athletics track and field. However the men's 100M will probably be dominated by the fastest man on the planet, who's Jamaican, while most of the longer distance events will probably be won by some random Ethiopian. As far as Team GB go.. well, our mens doubles have been dominant in the rowing. and well, we dominate the cycling full stop. Give us a bike and we'll ride it harder and faster than any other nation on earth. We've been crap at virtually everything else although I do notice we've won a few silvers mainly for the long distance outdoor cycling, and some a bronze or 2 for other minor events like some form of horse riding. Yes I have been following it more than I expected.. But then it's the only decent thing on TV in the morning when I've been getting ready for work

I was a Genesis fan.. 2D side scrolling Sonic the Hedgehog FTW! But then again, I did enjoy a lot of the SNES titles.... kinda says something when I've owned every Nintendo console ever to be released (Virtual Boy Not included)... and I still own my SNES. Mario always has and still rocks in comparison to that blue 3D looking abomination they call a hedgehog these days. The fact is though, going back to the topic, if these PC statistics were true, then why the hell does a typical UK retailer (ie Gamestation) dedicate no more than about 2 meters shelf space on only 4 shelves to PC games? If you were to walk into a local retailer of mine (Gamestation) the following shelf space is dedicated to each format. In this shop each shelf space is occupied by 4 shelves, apart from the 360 & Wii Sections that get 5 shelves against the main walls of the shop. List is approximate length of space. Bare in mind that half of the space is occupied by brand new titles, while the other half is dedicated to pre-owned titles X-Box 360 - 20 meters PS2 - 18 meters PS3 - 16 meters Wii - 14 meters PSP - 6 meters DS - 4 meters PC - 2 meters So therefore if the PC is the major gaming format, then why doesn't it get the 20 meter space occupied by the 360?

At least someone mirrors my sentiments. Generals in my eyes was and still is (until I pass judgement on Red Alert 3) The best EA developed RTS for gameplay. For a modern conflict RTS it also contained the best factions, the best units, and perhaps some of the best design also of any RTS of its time. A lot of it still holds up pretty well in my opinion. The level design for Generals is still miles ahead of C&C 3, and based on what I've seen so far, I think the level design of Generals will eclipse Red Alert 3's in the multiplayer arena. Bring on Generals 2! Oh and for all you guys debating to buy Red Alert 3... It's your loss... Indeed I have a few doubts, but the game has got bags of potential. If they can pull it off properly we could be looking at the best C&C to ever grace the market since the original Red Alert!

It's effectively a similar weapon, but it's extremely more badass! Basically my theory of the History behind it is that the Empire were seeking alternatives to Japan's increasing dependence on high technology in its military affairs. Yuriko Omega was the only survivor in human based Research and weapon's development trials. Since it proved almost impossible to create a Psychic army because of the highly dangerous and unpredictable elements, the Japanese Government asked the Shiro Sanitarium to turn to machine based Psionic weaponry. Thus after much further research, the Psionic Decimator was created. It operates on a Third Person Psionic level. It is also probably the most effective of all 3 superweapons. The Superweapon will work in a similar fashion to how the Allied Weather storm deploys. However the Psionic storm will have an effect on one or more of these levels given the correct weapon deployment. There you go. If you still don't understand it.... well, Metaphorically it's Like Yuriko's PMT, but the bitch's wrath is stored securely in a machine! Or to elaborate on that, it's basically a storm with the power of an extreme multiple (invunerable) Yuriko spam with both abilities used at once, and it's able to damage structures too....

Generals 2 wouldn't bother me to be honest so long as they stick a damn storyline to it this time. The way I see it is this: Tiberium Universe - Set deep into the future with high-tech Sci-fi using highly futuristic vehicles, and serious storyline Red Alert Universe - Set in the past with low to high-tech units and Structures. Although with a slight sci-fi twist. Slapstick and funny storyline. Generals Universe - Set amongst and inspired by Modern Day conflicts. Serious yet realistic modern tones using all current combat technology with a realistic high-tech twist. It's really a perfect combination. And well, people might moan, but I'd welcome it strongly... We could do with another Modern combat C&C, I like a good dash of realistic RTS gaming. Bring back the Horizontal bar in that, and the rig system again by ruling out con-yards... Might be a chance to create a Brand new higher definition, next Generation SAGE Engine too! What you'll have to understand though is that the end of this Generals could be another cycle of C&C development completed. We will then be set for another 2 quiet years while BfME takes centre stage. The Hobbit is due out in 2010 & 2011... EA still hold the full Tolkein License and are going to want to use it. That means we can probably expect an announcement for C&C 4 in 2011 with it being released close to early 2012, then it'll follow up with Red Alert 4, Tiberium 2 and then Generals 3, then BfME4 which will probably use what content there is in other Tolkein Books. This to me could possibly be EALA's RTS strategy.
