Most of the Halo mods under development are using the Star Wars: Empire at War engine, with it's space and land battles. Now think of this, lets say you had a game with a similar model, you invade or capture a planet that is flood infected, then it happens that when you move units that have been there to other worlds, the infection will follow. Alternately, they can hijack your interplanetary transport hardware and move in to other worlds.

343 did not develop Halo wars.

Would you like to see an RTS set in the Halo Universe for the PC? If so, who should make it? Also, what comments do you have in regard to Halo Wars that was made for the Xbox 360?

Renegade X 4th Birthday & Black Dawn Teaser Trailer

I've noticed that the modding community has not only evolved in regards to this mod, but all mods in general! -
The biggest issue is the slow action response, i.e when you click and command a unit, it takes about 2 seconds to comply, making micromanagement nearly impossible. this applies to to building construction and placing aswell.

Really epic news, don't ya agree? =) I made a suggestion regarding the cyborg, that it needs a barracks aswell as a war factory to be trained, but it seems now that the team had much grander ideas that they implemented. =D Comments about the Cyborg Control Center building for Nod: Scorponizer(question comment): Wow. Will the cyborgs also be built here? AssassinCS(answer comment): Nope, this is used to control cyborgs, Cyborgs are produced at the Hand of Nod or if the Cyborg Reaper the War Factory. This will play a special animation when a Cyborg is produced however. The idea is that Cyborg production occurs at this facility then they are sent via Nods underground tunnels to the Hand of Nod or War Factory for outfitting with weapons & equipment and loaded with the appropriate command/battle data/software. SlayerX3(question comment): It would be nice if the Cyborgs went berserk instead of getting idle when this building gets destroyed, attacking any unit nearby friend, foe and neutral alike. AssassinCS(answer comment): Actually they do if it is destroyed Cyborgs will go berserk, Also if your wondering why it may look a little CABAL like in design this was intentional given CABAL is processing data from all of the Brotherhood Cyborg Control Centres. Description of the Cyborg Control Center:

MO looks better than ever!

This looks epic! I hope the lower tier Cyborg infantry require a Hand of Nod and a warfactory to be built.

A guy asked about the Limpet Drone: Assassin answered: -
There's an interesting "pension" credits system in C&C it seems. Also, the infantry die gradually even when standing idle on tiberium!
