TibEd2 I'm try to start the program, and get this message

I get this message when I try to start TibEd2 edit Zero Hour

How can I fix this?

I sure tibed2res.xml is in the proper place(TibEd2 program folder)

but somehow program can't see it? :cry:

What Windows version are you on?

Anyway, you do not have the Microsoft XML parser installed (which comes with Internet Explorer).

You will need Windows installer if you don't have it, if you're on Windows NT 4.0 or 2000: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release...releaseid=32832

For Windows 98/ME: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release...releaseid=32831

 

Then download the XML parser:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/d/9...2/msxml3usa.msi

and install it.
