Cannot access Tibed for C&C95

I am using the latest TibEd version from the website but when I attempt o run the module for C&C95 it gets to about 20% then gives me the following error "Run-time error 75". I am using The First Decade and have been able to use TibEd to edit all the games with problem in the past. If anyone could help me I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm also using Windows Vista.

mm I don't know why its not working for you, but I have windows vista as well and never had a problem running tibed. I also have the first decade but i play C&C from the original game.

If you have Vista:

- what kind of account do you run on? The administrator account? A more limited user account?

- do you have User Account Control (UAC) turned on?

There's so much that can go wrong on Vista, it's not funny anymore.
