Sammy stalion

HI, i was wondering if theres any way to get the sammy stalion guy (bodybuilder) from campaign in yr, to a buildable character in ra2 (no expansion).

i would just mod yr if i could find my disk, the game is installed on my computer, but i can't find my disk, it might ave got thrown away.

 

ps, i'm using tibed right now because i'm new to modding this game.

how to i reskin some objects and characters, i have voxel section editor II, will that work?

Easily done actually but it takes a little effort and this assumes you know how to add a new unit already.

 

First step is cloning _both_ entries from Yuri's Revenge; IE rules (unit AND weapon/warhead) and art.

Paste them into RA2's equivalent files.

Take the SHP from the YR mix file and put it into a custom one. (You have to do this on your own. It's not hard; just get the XCC Utilities.)

Then save the changes and test.

 

If you follow those steps, he should be there, just without voices.

yep. maybe INI editing is too difficult for u but u must do this more times & then it will be easy. when u learn some basic things, then u can edit unit´s wpn, hp, armor... BTW dont ask me, ask Doctor, he (or she) is very skilled in this (so, doc correct me if i am wrong)

if your still using TIBED just make Sammy's tech level 1, give him a country side, and the preqists to build. Save to game and play. Tibed will not recolor the unit from my knowledge.

 

Remember Tibed is an unit editor. If you would like to alter the game, you need to drop it and gain the other programs for your ideas.
