I have this type of problem with this game (Generals)

That type of messege pop up when i try to play map with 8 players so how i can fix this?

 

BTW this is my system configuration- GraficCard GeForce FX 6200 RAM Memory 1GB (Kingston)

 

P.S Before i played generals with no problems with this same conf. but now i have this problems so can you help me guys? thx

The message is familiar, but can't recall specific situations...

1)Were you using a mod or custom map?

2)If not, it could be a simple disagreement between your video driver and the game

(The game was fairly glitchy graphics wise)

@Blytwo im useing the orginal game (with no mods) and original game maps and what you think that i can do about this? Maybe i must download new drivers 4 my video card but thx anyway

Update your video/audio drivers.

 

The game could also pushing your current hardware to the limits. So it could be related to an overheating issue just the error message says.

Test a 2 player map against an AI. If that doesn't bomb, try 4 then 6. If those work, but 8 players crash, turn down your game's particle cap and texture detailing. That can easily suppress the hardware it requires to play. That extra detailing is astonishingly hardware intensive.

 

Though, you should have enough to play it since I played it smoothly on 1GB using a Radeon 9200 Sapphire...
