rEdaSbLood 1 Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) no sound plays in either Firefox or IE. i went to the control panel to check my audio and it says there is no audio device, yet system sounds still work. this is an odd problem and it has happened before but i do not remember how to fix it. very irritating solution? rEdaSbLood 1 Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) yea i had a feeling that was the solution...i even tried disabling them but that didnt work.... thanks ill let you know how it goes... EDIT: didnt try uninstalling the driver yet...but i found that my mixer device was disabled...mysterious to clarify my problem, no audio works within browsers. this includes myspace and youtube. youtube will play the video without audio, and myspace does not play the songs.
