How is getting new fmv, crafting missions, testing maps etc being LAZY?

I'm pretty sure you got that in the wrong order.

 

What would a MP only expansion be?

Simply maps and balancing???

 

An MP expansion pack, is less upfront effort and more effort maintaining it. For an RA3 expansion for MP, they'd add new units and such, which would seriously **** around with the current game. So they'd have to balance it carefully over several months before they got it right.

I guessed maybe after the release of Uprising, with all the criticisms and complains about certain stuff that needs buff or nerf, it'll lead to the creation of the second expansion pack, hopefully some multiplayer stuff.
